Oman, Cyprus hold political consultations

MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Cyprus today held the fourth round of political consultations at the general diwan of the Foreign Ministry.
The session was chaired by Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, and Andreas S Kakouris, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cyprus.
During the session, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and underlined the joint keenness to continue promoting cooperation in all areas.
They also touched on a set of regional and international issues of common concern.
The session was attended by Agis Loizou, Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Sultanate of Oman and a number of officials from both sides. — ONA
