Saudi National Day marked at Empty Quarter Border Checkpoint

 
Ibri: A ceremony was organized at the Empty Quarter Border Checkpoint to mark the 94th National Day of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on Monday.



The celebration, organized by the Secretariat-General for National Celebrations in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police at the Empty Quarter Border Checkpoint between the Sultanate of Oman and the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, embodies the close fraternal and historical ties that bind the two brotherly countries and peoples reflecting the bonds of joint cooperation in various fields.



A number of artistic shows that reflected the depth of the strong relations binding the two brotherly countries. It began with a musical piece presented by the Royal Oman Police Music Band followed by singing and traditional art shows performed by the popular folk art groups from Al Dhahirah Governorate as well as paragliding and free-fall shows.
