Oman celebrates 94th Saudi National Day

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman joined the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in celebrating KSA’s 94th National Day, with a special celebration held at the Rub al Khali border checkpoint on Monday.
The high-profile event reflected the deep historical ties and fraternal relations binding the two countries and highlighted the ongoing cooperation between Oman and Saudi Arabia across various sectors.
On this occasion, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of congratulations to King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud, extending his best wishes for continued peace, prosperity, and regional stability.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia celebrates its National Day on September 23 each year, commemorating the founding of the modern Kingdom in 1932.
