KHASAB: Musandam Governorate today launched a digitised version of customer service through the governorate’s electronic portal.

The service constitutes the first step in electronic transition espoused by the governorate to keep pace with the ongoing development in government services.

Besides providing efficient and accurate services, the portal will enable the customers to complete their transactions online and save their time and effort.

Mubarak Ali al Rahbi, Head of Musandam Governor’s Office, said, “The new electronic service constitutes a timely shift from transactions based on paperwork to electronic transactions that make optimum use of information and communications technology.”

“The service will revolutionise customer experience and link relevant procedures and transactions with high performance, thus saving users’ time and effort,” Al Rahbi added.

He pointed out that the service would also enhance beneficiaries’ satisfaction with government services provided by the governorate. - ONA
