Development projects in Seeb evaluated

Members of the Muscat Municipality, along with the members of the Majlis Ash'shura and the Municipal Council assessed and evaluated the status of implementation of service projects in Al Seeb with Al Mutasim bin Abdullah al Siyabi, Deputy Wali of Al Seeb on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Engineer Salim bin Hamed al Busaidy, Director General of Muscat Municipality in Al Seeb, presented a visual presentation in which he reviewed the most noticeable projects approved for the Wilayat in the annual plan for the current year, its executive situation in the first quarter and the annual target to be achieved.
In addition, Muscat Municipality’s specialists listened to the presented inquiries and discussions during the meeting, and common opinions and viewpoints were exchanged on these projects.
'The high level discussions come in the background of the principles of participation between the various organisational units in Muscat Governorate and the local community,' said Al Siyabi.
It is worth noting that this visit comes within a series of complementary visits that bring together specialists from Muscat Municipality and the walis’ offices aimed at enhancing integration and effective communication, and participation between the walis’ offices, the municipality, and the local community, in order to achieve the priority of Sustainable Development Goals of the governorates and the development of cities as stipulated in Oman Vision 2040.
