Weather: Institutions to take a call on classes

Muscat: The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation has stated that private higher education institutions and vocational colleges will have the freedom to make decisions about the education system to be followed, whether it is offline or online if the Sultanate is affected by any new weather conditions during April 23 and 25.
The decision will be based on management's assessment of the circumstances surrounding the institution, considering everyone's safety.
