Muscat: Sayyid Badr al Busaidi, Foreign Minister on Sunday made a phone call to Dr Ayman al Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the telephone conversation, the two sides exchanged views on the ongoing efforts exerted to confront the devastating escalation resulting from the brutal Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.
The two parties mooted the possibility of creating a new horizon that leads to achieving a permanent solution and a comprehensive and just peace by ending the Israeli occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state.
