Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal orders to allocate an annual budget for the Ministry of Health to help provide electronic sensor devices to monitor blood glucose levels.

The glucose monitoring sensors constitute some of the latest technologies and advanced methods for reducing the symptoms resulting from blood glucose diseases since they provide accurate monitoring to address the complications.

The Royal orders, which seek to provide support to diabetic children and their families, are aimed at addressing the difficulty some patients face in accepting traditional treatment that relies heavily on insulin injections.

These sensors are among the latest technologies and advanced methods in reducing the symptoms resulting from blood sugar diseases, as they allow for accurate monitoring that leads to reducing the complications of this disease.

There is no cure for type 1 diabetes, but it can be controlled and controlled in children to reduce the occurrence of its serious complications using advanced medical methods and modern technologies that lead to improving the quality of life.
