Muscat - The number of visitors to the Oman Across Ages Museum in 2023 was 350,000, of which 95 percent were Omanis.

The director-general of the museum said that the museum is strategically located in proximity to many tourist attractions in the governorate and visitors come from all governorates, including those on field trips from schools, colleges, and universities.

The museum will soon display new collectibles in the exhibition halls, most notably the stick that was donated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.

The stick was with Late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said when he laid the foundation stone for the museum.
