Muscat: The Muscat Municipality has announced full reopening of all tracks of the mountain road in both directions to traffic permanently starting from 5:00 am on Wednesday, December 27.
Meanwhile, the mountain road underwent a four-month maintenance works, during which one lane was opened to traffic.
