Create a more aware connection with self

Self-awareness is a fundamental aspect of personal development which involves having a understanding of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Cultivating a clear and concise perception on how self-awareness has an impact on ourselves and others is essential to comprehending its effects on our mental and emotional well-being.

Being self-aware involves a lot of introspection.
