Oman Equestrian concludes the seventh race in Barka

The horse ‘SSR’ snatched the first title at the seventh race of the Oman Equestrian and Racing, at Al Rahba horse racing track in Barka.
The race is organised by Oman Equestrian and Racing, represented by Horse Racing Club. The event includes eight rounds, five rounds allocated for purebred Arabian horses, one round for locally produced purebred Arabian horses and two rounds for purebred hybrid horses.
At the first round, 'Muttrah race' for purebred Arabian horses (local production) for a distance of 1,200 metres, the horse ‘SSR’ snatched the title, owned by Salim bin Said al Rashidi, led by Munis al Siyabi and trained by Khalid al Maliki. ’Musk Al Khattam’ won the second place, owned by Mohammed al Saadi, jockeyed by Abdullah al Sawai and trained by Said al Balushi. Third place was won by ‘Ertikaz Oman’, owned by Yousef al Hosani, ridden by Adam al Balushi and trained by Mohammed al Ajmi.
At the second round, 'Al Seeb race' for purebred hybrid horses for a distance of 1,200 metres, ‘Scott Payne’ won the first place, owned by HH Sayyid Saud bin Harib al Said, led by Adam al Balushi and under the coach Ahmed al Balushi.
At the third round, 'Bausher race' for purebred Arabian horses over a distance of 1,200 metres, ‘SSR Shaala’ claimed the race, owned by Salem al Rashidi, led by Hamad al Maliki and trained by Khalid al Maliki.
In the fourth round, 'Qurayat race' for purebred Arabian horses for a distance of 2,000 metres, ’Munsifah’ claimed the race, owned by Royal Cavalry, led by Mohammed al Farsi and trained by Fahd al Hajri.
Alone in the lead ‘Al Mogahaz’ snatched the title of the fifth round 'Al Amerat race', for purebred hybrid horses over a distance of 2,000 metres, owned by Abdulsalam al Mashaykhi, led by Amer al Rasbi and trained by Sultan al Alawi.
At the sixth round, 'Muscat race' for purebred Arabian horses over a distance of 2,000 metres, ‘Nisal Al Sham’ claimed the race, owned by Mahmoud al Raisi, led by Amer al Rasbi and trained by Mohammed al Balushi.
At seventh round, 'Barka race' for purebred Arabian horses over a distance of 1,800 metres, ‘Jamra SP’ finished first, owner by Al Mashaikhi Stables, led by Ahmed al Siyabi and trained by Nibras al Siyabi.
The last round, 'Musannah race', which is for purebred Arabian horses for a distance of 1,800 metres, ‘Valentino’ claimed the race, owned by Mohammed al Khalili, the jockey was Ahmed al Siyabi, and training by Hussein al Sunaidi.
