Muscat Municipality plans a project to revitalize Qurum Commercial District
Muscat: Sayyid Saud bin Hilal al Busaidi, Governor of Muscat, recently held a meeting to revitalize the Qurum Commercial District as a vibrant shopping destination as in the 1980s.

Ahmed bin Mohammed al Humaidi, Mayor of Muscat was present at the meeting that reviewed plans to develop the Qurum Commercial District as a shopping and hotspot with the addition of new services and facilities.
New measures will include introducing green cover to the areas and offering opportunities for small and medium enterprises in the fields of retail trade, food, cafes, and other entertainment, shopping, and event services.
The meeting called for full cooperation for the success of the development project as per the plans made during the presentation.
