HM issues two royal decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik al Said
Muscat: His Majesty the Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday issues two Royal decrees. The first one is related to tax exemption while the second decree appoints non-resident ambassadors.
