HM issues four Royal Decrees

 
Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Monday issued four Royal decrees, reading as follows:

Royal Decree No (56/ 2023) ratifying the agreement between Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Government of the State of Palestine signed in Ramallah on July 7, 2023 on establishing a Committee for Consultations and Bilateral Cooperation.

Article (1) states that the above mentioned agreement shall be ratified in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No (57/ 2023) ratifying the agreement on air services between Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Government of the Republic of Senegal signed in Muscat on June 21, 2023.

Article (1) states that the above mentioned agreement shall be ratified in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No (58/ 2023) endorsing the Sultanate of Oman’s joining the Convention on establishing the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation signed in Paris on January 27, 2021.

Article (1) endorses the Sultanate of Oman’s joining the Convention on establishing the International Organization for Marine Aids, in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) instructs the departments concerned to deposit the Ratification Document for the above mentioned convention in line with its provisions.

Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No (59/ 2023) establishing the Sultanate of Oman’s Embassy in Australia.

Article (1) states that the Sultanate of Oman’s Embassy shall be established in Australia.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
