HM sends written message to Russian President

Moscow: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation. The message deals with the bilateral relations between Oman and Russia and means of promoting them.
It was handed over by Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi when his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov received him in Moscow on Tuesday.
