ROHM closes season with Assi El Hallani, Marwa Nagy concert

 
Lebanese singer and composer Assi El Hallani, and Egyptian opera singer Marwa Nagy, will perform a collection of their most famous traditional Arabic songs at the Royal Opera House Muscat.

The Royal Opera House Muscat will conclude its current season (2022-2023) with a concert featuring the two renowned Arab singers. The concert will showcase a variety of their most famous traditional Arabic songs. Assi El Hallani, was born in Beirut in 1970, and is one of the most prominent names in the Arab and international music scene. He has released 23 albums and more than 50 videos since 1989 and is best known for his popular song Wana Marra, which became his breakthrough hit. He is also a renowned composer and has written many successful songs. Hallani is an humanitarian ambassador and a well-known television personality.

Joining him in the concert is Marwa Nagy, an Egyptian opera singer and member of the Arabic music scene. Marwa is known for her strong and clear voice and her singing style that is inspired by an old, traditional school of singing. Some of her most famous songs include Al Hob Ahayani and Habite Mn Kalbi.
