Tenders worth over RO 86 million approved

 
MUSCAT: The Tender Board ton Wednesday held its fourth meeting for 2022 under the chairmanship of Dr Said bin Mohammed al Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Tender Board. The Board approved RO 86,661,126 worth tenders and additional works for a number of development projects.

The Tender Board awarded tenders for projects include but not limited to: construction of Mahut Hospital in Al Wusta Governorate (RO 13,920,686), road rehabilitation project in Al Dakhiliayh Governorate for a five-year period (RO 13,721,199), catering and food services, cleaning and pest control services at public hospitals (RO 10,413,494), road rehabilitation project for a five-year period in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, (RO 8,868,553), supply of consumable surgical supplies for public hospitals (RO 8,656,147).

In addition, the Tender Board awarded a tender for the road rehabilitation projects for five years in Al Wusta Governorate to the tune to RO 6,246,361, expansion of the Tax Authority’s automated tax system (RO 5,806,279), road rehabilitation projects for a five-year period in Musandam Governorate (RO 5,427,599), among other projects. — ONA
