MUSCAT: His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, received in his office at Al Murtafaa Camp here on Wednesday Maria Luisa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Sultanate.
