Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients
110g Sesame dressing
5g Lemon
5g Sesame black
120g Romaine lettuce
15g Wonton skin
2g Sesame white
2g Salt
2g Chive
100g Cabbage red
160g Chicken thigh
In a mixing bowl, add fresh romaine lettuce, finely cut red cabbage, salt, lemon juice, grilled chicken thigh and sesame dressing and mix it.
Transfer it to the serving plate and top with black and white sesame seeds, chive and fried wonton skins.
To prepare wonton
Take a wonton sheet and cut into small pieces. Deep fry them to get a crunchy result!

50g Mayonnaise
25g Honey
18g Sauce barbecue
15g Rice Vinegar
8g Sauce sriracha
1g Pepper red flakes
1g Black pepper powder
20g Tahine Lebanese
8g Sesame oil
1g Spicy salt
5g Syrup maple
2g Sesame white
In a mixing bowl, add all these ingredients and mix it until fully combined
To prepare the chicken:
Marinate the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs. Leave it for a few minutes and grill. Finally cut to small pieces to add to the salad.
