Israel is now stuck in a mess of its own making, thanks to Prime Minister Netanyahu’s reckless leadership and the hardline policies of his extremist government.
Their nonstop attacks on Gaza and now Lebanon have blown the region wide open, dragging the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) into a complex, unwinnable fight against groups they just can’t defeat — Hamas, Hezbollah, and their powerful supporters in Iran.
Despite the devastating air strikes, which have caused horrific Palestinian civilian deaths, including tens of thousands of children in Gaza, Israel hasn’t managed to deliver a knockout blow.
Gaza, once a smaller battleground, has now turned into a full-blown strategic disaster for Israel. The years of blockades and bombings haven’t made the Palestinians back down — they’ve only fuelled more anger and strengthened Israel’s enemies.
What started as a contained conflict is now a regional nightmare, drawing in not just Hezbollah from Lebanon but also Iranian proxies and even the Ansar Allah from Yemen. Israel is teetering on the edge of a multi-front war that it’s far from ready to handle.
Taking the fight to Lebanon was another huge misstep.
Hezbollah, a well-organised and powerful force, is much tougher to take on than Hamas. And now, with rumours that the Lebanese army might get involved, Netanyahu has set the stage for an even bigger conflict that could spiral out of control across the region.
Netanyahu’s miscalculation is huge. His fantasy of wiping out Hamas, Hezbollah, and weakening Iran’s influence has completely backfired. Instead of breaking these groups, Israel has pushed them closer together, making them more determined and dangerous. What was supposed to be a path to security has become a never-ending nightmare of war.
On the global stage, Israel’s actions are increasingly being met with criticism. Traditional allies are beginning to voice their concerns, and calls for accountability are growing louder. The once unquestioned support from the United States is now accompanied by growing demands for a ceasefire and renewed negotiations. The international community has grown impatience with Israel’s military strategies and intransigence.
International condemnation is piling up, internal political divides are growing and the cost of this endless war is spinning out of control. Netanyahu is out of moves, and the Zionist Colony in the State of Palestine may finally be facing accountability for 76 years of ethnic cleansing and the oppression of the Palestinian people.
The Zionist Colony was built on lies. The lie that Palestine was the promised land for Jews. The lie that Jews were the original inhabitants of Palestine and the biggest Zionist lie that Palestine was a land without a people.
The only independent newspaper in Israel, the Haaretz, has recently published an article stating that Israel is on its last breath. The State of Palestine belongs to Palestinian Muslims, Christians and yes, Palestinian Jews.
As all colonialists have learned over the centuries, most recently the white South Africans in Apartheid South Africa, they will eventually be eliminated.
Noam Chomsky stated “Settler colonialism, which is what this is, is by far the worst kind of imperialism, because it gets rid of the native population. Other kinds of imperialism exploit them, but settler colonialism eliminates them, exterminates them.”
This has been the aim of the Zionists since 1948 but the Palestinian people have shown by their courage and determination that they are superior to the Zionists in every way.
Palestine has always belonged to the Palestinians and even many Israelis are beginning to understand this.
