MUSCAT: The official website of the Oil and Gas Ministry said that the sale price of fuel products in the Sultanate during February witnessed a rise of 10 baisa for M-95, M-91 and diesel compared to January prices.
The committee in-charge of studying and fixing the sale price of fuel products in the Sultanate on Tuesday approved the new pricing for February.
The committee fixed the cost of M-95 petrol per litre at 196 baisas. The price for M-91 was set at 186 baisas and the diesel price was fixed at 205 baisas.
Meanwhile, Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) said that Oman oil price for March delivery reached $53.26.
The DME statement said that the price of Oman oil declined 17 cents from the price of Monday, which was $53.43.
The average price of Oman oil for February delivery has stabilised at $52.72, thus $8.18 per barrel higher than January delivery. — ONA
