MUSCAT: The Oman Avenues Mall lived a month’s glam, glitz and fun with its inaugural ‘Fashion Season’ that was celebrated at the mall the entire month of January. The ‘Fashion Season’ was attended by customers, fashionistas, social media influencers, VIPs and guests from all over the Sultanate, who enjoyed an incredible fashion experience vis-à-vis a series of stylish events, activities, workshops and promotions at the mall.


That’s not all — customers who spent OMR 15/- or more shopping at the mall, were entitled to a free ‘scratch & win card’, providing them the opportunity to win from a range of more than 800 prizes namely gift vouchers, fashion items and hotel-stays during the course of the ‘Fashion Season’ promotion.


Located in the heart of Muscat in Ghubrah, Oman Avenues Mall is a hotspot with vibrant dining, shopping and entertainment options for the city. The grand finale of the ‘Fashion Season’ came to a close with a glitterati event featuring an upscale, beautifully choreographed fashion runway show designed to showcase products from the mall’s top brands Matalan, Brands, Desigual, Empora, Skechers, LC Waikiki, Sara Plaza, Sana and Superdry. Live events and activities that included a children’s fashion show, make-up events and workshops and a fashion photography exhibition were held at Oman Avenues Mall each and every weekend in the month of January, and served as the perfect prelude to the ‘Fashion Season’s Grand Finale event.


Not just this — the local online community of social media influencers and bloggers was also invited to the month long showcase — with three popular social media fashion influencers participating in the creation of short films whilst selecting outfits from brands in the mall. The mall’s followers were then invited to vote, like and comment on their favourite choice, to stand a chance to be a part of the draw for weekly prizes.
