MUSCAT: Omantel, the first provider of integrated telecommunications services in the Sultanate, launched over 1,000 offers across four different categories such as dining, wellness, entertainment and lifestyle through the Makasib Traveller App.
Omantel’s Makasib Gold tier, Platinum tier, and Al-Ufuq tier members can avail significant discounts across Oman, the UAE and Qatar. Discounts include ‘Buy 1 Get 1 free’ offers at select participating restaurants across various cuisines. In addition, the app’s ‘nearby’ feature can provide customers with dining experiences nearest to them based on their current GPS location.
Makasib members will receive an SMS including their membership passcode, as well as a link to download the app. Once the membership is activated, customers can simply visit over 400 participating outlets and request for the Omantel offer at the time of purchase.
