Omani woman wins HR Professional of the Year award
MUSCAT: A leading Omani woman professional has been awarded the prestigious “HR Professional of the Year”. The Middle East’s HR Excellence Awards under the theme “Business Unusual, Disrupting HR & Leading Innovation” celebrated the winners on November 17 recognising outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations who contributed to the development of HR to lead innovation in businesses.
This year, Shatha al Maskari, Managing Director, Protiviti’s Member Firm in Oman was named the “HR Professional of the Year”. Protiviti team is also successfully shortlisted in another category for Innovation in Executive & Leadership Development.
The remark of the judges was: “The iSucceed programme is exemplary. An impressive set of accomplishments designed to support and link to organisation strategy which is a true model with influence at a national level in Oman”.
