MUSCAT: Majlis Ash’shura office on Monday held its 9th regular meeting of the 2nd annual sitting (2016-2017) of the 8th term of Majlis Ash’shura under the chairmanship of Shaikh Khalid bin Hilal al Maawali, Chairman of Majlis Ash’shura.
The meeting reviewed many of the ministerial replies to Majlis Ash’shura.
It also reviewed a number of parliamentary tools by the members of the council, as well as the incoming mail from the standing committees, the international parliaments and organisations.
It also reviewed the memorandum of the Arab Parliament on the document issued at the second Arab Parliament Conference for heads of Arab parliaments, which was held in Cairo in February 2017. — ONA
