His Majesty’s Cup final race begins at Al Fulaij track

BARKA:  The final race of His Majesty’s Cup for camel racing began on Monday at Al Fulaij camel race track and will last for four days. This race is the culmination of the annual festival of private stables camel races for the 2016-17 season organised by the Royal Court Affairs represented by the Royal Camel Corps. The race contained 13 rounds for Al Hajaij Abkar and Al Hajaij Jadan for a distance of 4 km, including 10 rounds for the Al Hajaij Abkar category. The results were as follows:
Heather, owned by Hamoud bin Said al Harthy won the first place in the first round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
Heather, owned by Mattar bin Ali al Junaibi took the honours in the second round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
Jabbarah, owned by Nasser bin Ali al Derai, won the top spot in the third round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
Wilaya, owned by Hamad bin Al Saghir al Wihaibi, won the first place in the fourth round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
Jalmoud, owned by Ahmed bin Mohammed al Junaibi, won the honours in the fifth round for Al Hajaij Jadan.
‘Bidiyah’, owned by Mohsen bin Ali al Wihaibi, won the top position in the sixth round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
‘Al Wasmiyah’, owned by Suhail bin Hamad al Wihaibi, claimed the first place in the seventh round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
‘Malabi’, owned by Suhail bin Hamad al Wihaibi took the honours in the eighth round for Al Hajaij Jadan.
‘Nawadir’, owned by Soud bin Ali al Muharbi, won the top spot in the ninth round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
‘Salalah’, owned by Abdul Rahim bin Zayed al Junaibi, clinched the first place in the 10th round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
‘Sarab’, owned by Nasser bin Al Abd al Wihaibi, won the first place in the 11th round for Al Hajaij Jadan.
‘Hidou’, owned by A’mir bin Hamad al Hashemi, won the first place in the 12th round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
‘Al Shaiybah’, owned by Saif bin Abdullah al Shafei, won the first place in the 13th round for Al Hajaij Abkar.
