Majan Electricity offers multiple payment channels

Majan Electricity Supply Unit has provided multiple payment methods to meet the needs of all customers, enabling the customer to choose the most appropriate and best way to make a safe, reliable and efficient payment process.

Fayza Sadek, Chief Supply Officer at Majan Electricity Company, stated that the company aimed to provide the electronic payment option, which is a key factor in the development of the e-government services, she also pointed out that Majan Electricity Company has witnessed the progress and modernity in the means of modern technology and other electronic media.

Electricity payments can be paid in various electronic ways, such as: banking applications (used in telephones and smart devices), Omantel’s bill payment machines, These machines are characterised by the possibility of payment through the ATM card or direct cash deposit and the devices of banks and electronic payment on the portal Electricity www.electricity.com.om, there is also an option of direct debit through an agreement which authorises the personal bank for the customer to deduct a monthly amount directly from his account for the electricity company Majan, direct payment in the offices of collection companies (National Engineering and Investment Company and Oman Investment and Finance Company) and finally through bank cheques for commercial, industrial and government participants.

At the end of her speech, Ms Faiza Sadek affirmed that Majan Electricity is currently considering providing more channels that will facilitate the payment process and contribute to providing more comfortable services to its valued customers.
