Maisarah organises professional training programme

MUSCAT: As a strategic approach to boost customer experience, through developing its employees skills, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services organised a popular professional sales training programme the ‘Carew International’s Dimensions of Professional Selling (DPS)’ for the benefit of its staff.


Over 20 employees from Maisarah Islamic Banking Services corporate and head office participated in the DPS training programme that was designed to strengthen customer relations, bolster creative problem solving methods, better positioning selling systems and strategic selling plan and implementation. It also increased employee awareness of marketing, selling methods and communication with customers.


Commenting on the programme, Mohammed Ahmed al Mashani, executive manager, Retail Business and Channels, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services said, “As part of our core strategy we strongly believe in investing in professional development of our employees to meet the business requirements of Islamic Banking. By organising this training programme, our employees have been equipped with better strategies to identify the needs and priorities of our customers. We are certain that our employees’ learning will positively reflect on our customers’ satisfaction.”
