MUSCAT: The Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development (Ithraa) will organise on December 12, Monday, a seminar in Riyadh, themed ‘Invest in Oman’. The four-day seminar aims at reviewing investment opportunities available in the Sultanate and inking agreements between the Omani and Saudi establishments. The seminar will witness B2B meetings between the Omani side to be headed by HH Sayyid Faisal bin Turki al Said, Director-General of Investment Promotion and Export Development at Ithraa while the Saudi side will comprise businessmen from Riyadh and Jeddah, in addition to visiting leading companies in various sectors in KSA.
The seminar, which will be held at Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will promote for the existing projects of Omani partners, highlight the Sultanate as an investment attracting destination and promising market to allure capitals from various sectors, in addition to acquainting the Saudi side with effective investment opportunities and projects to strengthen trade between the two and endeavouring to find a practical mechanism based on facilitating cooperation and trade partnerships.
