MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of greetings to President Andry Rajoelina of the Republic of Madagascar on the occasion of him being sworn-in as a new president of his country. In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings to President Rajoelina along with his best wishes of success in leading the friendly people of Madagascar towards further progress and prosperity.
