In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere greetings along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and his country’s friendly people further progress and welfare. His Majesty has also sent a cable of greetings to President David Arthur Granger of Guyana on the occasion of his country’s National Day. His Majesty expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to President Granger and his country’s friendly people.
