His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said presided over the meeting of the Council of Ministers in Hisn Al-Shamoukh Fort on Sunday in which he reviewed the developments at local, regional and international levels. His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the government efforts in dealing with the global economic conditions, which helped the Sultanate to achieve satisfactory economic growth through investment in projects while continuing with the services provided to the citizens.
His Majesty also addressed a number of aspects that are in the interest of the homeland and its loyal sons. He stressed on the importance of continuing with this programmes. He said the Sultanate will exert all efforts to bring peace and stability to the countries of the region to help them continue with their march towards harmony and progress.
