By Samuel Kutty — MUSCAT: APRIL 1 - Another waterfront development with freehold residential properties is coming up in an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) on the shores of Muscat’s picturesque Jissah Bay. Buyers and their families of the new property — Al Mina Waterfront Residences — being developed by Barr al Jissah, will be eligible to apply for Omani resident visas.

Construction of the new development will begin on the fourth quarter of the current year with completion scheduled by early 2020, he informed.
The Al Mina development has full ITC status with buyers and their families eligible to apply for Oman resident visas, making travelling into and out of the Sultanate effortless.
