Dhofar beat Al Suwaiq 2-1 to lift the Super Cup (soccer) for the second time. Mohamed Al Musalmi scored an own goal in the 42 minutes to give Dhofar the lead in the first half. Said Al Ruziqi doubled the score for Dhofar in the 73 minutes, while Abdulaziz Al Muqbali scored the lone goal for Al Suwaiq from a penalty in the stoppage time.
