British School Salalah fundraising evokes good response

SALALAH: British School Salalah hosted second annual fundraising event at Al Baleed Resort Salalah recently. The event evoked good response, as the annual Fundraiser Ball was aimed at both providing the community with a fun event that they can enjoy and also engage their support in helping the School. The event thus raised RO 3,026 for the School.
Commenting on the fundraiser, Sara al Sayer, Business Manager of the British School Salalah said: “The British School Salalah is a non-profit, Community School and our Annual Fundraiser Ball is aimed at both providing the community with a fun event that they can enjoy and also engaging their support in helping the School. We are tremendously grateful for the wonderful sponsorship given to us by OUA, Focus Photography, Primera Ystilo and Oman National Factory.
We are very fortunate to have first class teachers to educate our children, and we are hoping that as a result of this event, which raised RO 3,026 for the School, we will be able to begin to provide the children with the facilities that they deserve as part of their education.”
