Mastering her sport

Shirlee Petrat at 19, you would never have predicted her trajectory: With two kids younger than 2, Petrat weighed all of 89 pounds. Diminutive and weak, she started taking fitness classes, and by the time she was 24, Petrat had become a personal trainer and a certified Pilates instructor and had dedicated her life to helping others be fit and healthy.
