MUSCAT: The 11th Times of India, Pan India Property Show will be held on February 24 and 25 at Al Falaj Hotel, Ruwi. The biggest ever Property Show of 2017, with Pan India Pavilion, promises to showcase India’s latest and best properties for sale. The long established exhibition remains the only property show in Oman dedicated to top developers and builders across India with thousands of various properties ranging from apartments, villas, row houses, plots, commercial to retail properties to suit their budget. Demonetisation and the new budget announced, with focus on real estate and affordable housing has already resulted in a reduction of home loan rate interest rates.

Developers and builders are offering good discounts, bargain deals, transparency to maintain their position in a market, which is now an ideal investment option for serious end-users. Implementation of Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA) rules  further strengthens the fact to ensure a fair playing field for the customer  by bringing in professionalism, standardisation and transparency. This has impacted sales in the real estate sector. By bringing together  India’s most reputed builders like Godrej Properties, Puruvankara Projects,  L&T, Tata Housing, Brigade Group, Mantri, Asset Homes, Suntek, Sky Line etc  under one platform, it has become a golden chance for non-resident Indians (NRIs) to get first-hand information about affordable homes and premium villas at prime locations.

Thus, projects from all parts of the country will be available at the exhibition venue at the Al Falaj Hotel, on February 24 and 25. The exhibition highlights will be: seek first-hand advice from investment, property professionals, Easy loan process, free consultation with a banking expert, choice of locations and many more features that enables customers to buy a home of their choice.
